How do I register for NORA?
NORA registration takes place in 3 steps.
  • Step 1: Pick a user name, provide your full name, email and phone number.
  • Step 2: A link will be emailed to you to continue the registration process.
  • Step 3: Choose a password and that will be used to reset your password if needed.

I completed Step 1 of the registration process and I forgot to continue to Step 2. My link in the email has expired. What can I do?
In the home page, enter your user name and click the Logon button and follow the instructions.
  • Enter the email address you used in the Step 1.
  • The system will verify the email and resend the link to you.
  • You can complete your registration.

I forgot my user name. How can I login?
Click on the "Forgot User Name" link in the home page. Please provide the information needed in the form and submit. Your information will be verified and email user name on file will be emailed.

How do I reset my password?
If you forgot your password, click on the link "Forgot Password" in the home page
  • Step 1: Type in your user name and email address that you had provided when you registered on the site.
  • Step 2: The system verifies the information and if both the username and the email address are valid the system will send an email with the activation link to reset the password.
  • Step 3: Click on the link to change your password and login with the new password.
The email will be from Do-Not-Reply@Nasdaq.com. If you do not receive the email in 15 minutes please check your spam settings and your spam folder. If you have questions please feel free to contact:

If you would like to change your password after you have logged on to the system you can change your password by going to Update Profile page.

How can I unlock my account?
In the home page, enter your User Name and click the Logon button and follow the instructions.

Try invalid passwords until the account is locked. On the home page, enter your User Name and click the login button and follow the instructions.

What are all the system requirements to use the NORA website?
The NORA application works in Internet Explorer (IE), Google Chrome,Safari and Firefox browsers.

Sometimes the application does not allow me to login. What can I do?
Please click on the following button to clear the current authentication details, which will allow you to reset your credentials.

Functionality FAQs:

After I login I don't see any accounts in the Manage Accounts page.What should I do?
Click on the Request Add Account Number/key and send the necessary information. Our Ops team will send you the Account number/key combination to you in an email. After receiving the email enter the information in the Manage Account page.

How can I add more accounts to my profile?
In the Manage Accounts page, Click on the Request Add/Remove Account Numbers and send the necessary information. Our Ops team will add the necessary accounts in our back end system. When you login next time you will see your accounts.

I don't want to receive the approved emails every day. What can I do to stop that?
In the update profile section check 'NO' for receiving emails when the reports are approved and save your settings.

How do I add a new reporting contact for my company?
New contact should follow the directions in FAQ “How do I register to NORA".

How do I terminate my user name and password?
Send email to dataops@nasdaq.com or admin@utpplan.com.

What is Future Reporting?
Future reporting assists firms whose usage does not fluctuate each month. You may update or delete future month usage before the reported month becomes current. After the month becomes current the 60 day revision policy takes effect.

What is Detailed Reporting?
Firms may submit Detailed Reporting in either VRXLS or VRCSV format. Detailed Usage Reports are to be uploaded by firms on a monthly basis and no later than 15 days after the end of the applicable service period. For more information about the File Types and Data format please see the Nasdaq Instructions and/or the UTP Instructions.

Do I need Flash player to login?
No. There is no need to have a flash player installed.
